Shipping policy
1. General Shipping Information Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore, Karnataka by courier. Please allow the following number of days as mentioned in the receipt of your order for delivery.
2. Shipping Charges
- Local (Intracity): Rs. 50 per kg
- Karnataka: Rs. 60 per kg
- South India (KER, AP, TN, Telangana): Rs. 70 per kg
- North India (Metros): Rs. 100 per kg
- North India (Rest Of India): Rs. 120 per kg
3. Domestic Shipping
- All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery can be expected within 5 to 7 business days.
- For locations in the interiors or difficult coverage areas, delivery may take between 7-10 working days.
4. International Shipping
- All international orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery can be expected within 10-15 business days.
5. Delivery Timings Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on all days, excluding public holidays. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative (e.g., a family member, colleague, neighbor). However, we do not take responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
6. Damage and Claims Aloweda is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service by email at marketing@aloweda.com within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
7. Shipping and Handling Rates Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are provided at the time of checkout, and consumers will know about these charges before making payments.
